In this video, we prepare out bodies for cario or strength training, even just a jog or bike ride. It's a great warm up, to get the body started right, and properly stretched out, to maintain & increase flexibility, while preventing aching, sore muscles. Under 9 minutes, so unless you have two sets of twins (smile), you should be able to find the time, once in awhile. It's important to warm up correctly! Thanks for watching. @alphaq40 Yes i can do the side splits, but not the middle ones yet. Not enough time to workout and practice regularly, but I'll be workin on it soon enough. Flexibility is important for every body. It really helps the body in more ways then people know, even without being able to do splits, just the basic stretches, help ALOT. Thanks for watching!
