When I was in Singapore, I LOOKED for cigarette-butts lying in the streets, I found NONE! For a small island with lots of people, the clenleness is impressive.
HOWEVER: They have prisoners who keep the streets clean. If you are ever caught littering, you will be one of them!
As the plane lands in Singapore you have to sign a document that says "Drug dealers will be EXECUTED". Even jaywalking and chewing gum are crimes. They are serious about their laws.

yeh ur right ive been to country in europe and asia they get the cleanist things but in america like nyc subway is like hell, dirty, smelly just nasty

The Singapore subways are some of the cleanest and safest I've ever seen! The only thing to worry about is rush hour... gets really packed in there.
