1999 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L New Exhaust

I just finished the exhaust system on the Jeep. I gutted the old rusted system and installed an all stainless. Headers, downpipe, cat, muffler, all stainless.

I put on a Magnaflow 17125 Cat Back which is an offroad style muffler. It has the exhaust turn down before the axle.

I have a 99tj just like yours . Im trying to figure out what system to get . Everything from the exhast manifold back needs to be replaced . Thinkin i may get rid of the cat, just not sure. Its been a while are you happy with it?

@rstlr73 Well it is against federal law to remove a cat from a car unless you are replacing it. Love my setup. It is a little noisy inside the cab but it doesn't bother me.

Only in citys. small towns dont require it. or if you live out in the boonies.
