national guard helicopter rescue in pennsylvania flood 9/8/11

This a video showing a national guard helicopter rescue in the Pennsylvania flood of 9/8/11 near Laceyville PA. The film was shot during extensive record flooding of the Susquehanna river after local fire and EMT units were unable to reach a moron who decided to ignore an evacuation. The national guard was called in to save him. Unfortunately his dog could not be rescued.
