@3400willard it's different than on a trampoline, takes more commitment and a tight tuck position if you don't have air. And I though a backflip going forward was called a gainer! Not sure though!

@dogfred10 go for it man, thats how i learned. Got used to the flip on the tramp, then moved on to powder. If your comfortable doing flips on the tramp than you should be good, if your not a wimp.
