Hi. How do you like the sound of the Lollars Blondes yourself? What's your take on em?

That Allen sounds GEWD

Great playing, as always. Love the clean tones (and the dirty, too). Did you prefer the blondes or blackfaces?
-
what are "fender mods" on the old flame?
i though it was supposed to be similar to a super reverb in concept.

It's highly recommended from everyone I've heard. It's really versatille -- you can back off the gain to get a clean boost, or pump up the gain to get a nice uncompressed, warm od. The FX loop allows the player to put in any pedal for different tones. Some use delay, eq, or an extra boost pedal to push their amp a little more. Hope this helped.

Ah ha, the old Tim pedal. This will be my first time hearing one of these. I hear everyone raving about these on all the forums. Is it just an overdrive, clean boost, what? I see it has an FX Loop. What's it for just running another effect with it? I'm very curious to know what these run.

nice
hi jack, does this mean that the boost is independent of the Tim itself? looks like the Tim's blue LED is not on in the first section

No, the pedal is bypassed until the blue LED is on. Sorry for the confusion.

Great tone and playing. Does it have the Copperheads?

no, it's going through a reinhardt cab with a vintage 30 and G12H30

Yep...hehe...It seems to be right in the middle of jimi meets stevie territory which I really dig.
