NEW YORK, NY (March 25, 2010) - - The City of New York has agreed to pay $98K to settle a lawsuit filed against the NYPD who wrongfully detained and arrested five cyclists during the March 2007 Critical Mass Ride.

Sergeant Timothy Horohoe, the supervising officer that evening was accused of using excessive force by knocking plaintiff Richard Vazquez off his bicycle during the ride. In newly released audio,

Sgt. Horohoe can be heard making false statements about the incident under oath in testimony in front of the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB.) In a similar incident, on July, 2008, Officer Patrick Pogans widely publicized use of excessive force against a cyclist in Times Square landed him off the force and indicted on five charges including two Class E felonies. Sgt Horohoe however, was never reprimanded and simply received instructions from his superior on the proper procedures for handling like situations in the future.

If you have a drivers license or a US citizen-SHIP you are also an agent of the state (see my channel "Adams vs Adams" and vids on "personal Jurisdiction") so all of my agents are suing each other and I'm taxing all the transactions and getting the fines.

lolol and even if you get them to prosecute, they all work for the state, so they'll (the state) just pay themselves the fine for a zero balance. Example: You complain to one of my agents. That agent files a charge in my name (the State). I charge the agent, and collect the fine from the agency I'm liable for. lol if you don't file for yourself, win or lose, you don't get the fines, the state and BAR does.

And then you're stuck with a civil case as opposed to criminal.

The only way you stand a chance to recieve 100% justice in court is to hire an out of state, or at LEAST out of town lawyer to represent you. Cops, judges, prosecutors. even public defenders all work for the state. One big happy family!!! Even home town lawyers have to be careful not to be too good at their job. If the judge (alias GOD) doesn't like your lawyer; that's strike 2. He/She already don't like you. You are a rabbit in the middle of a wolf pack unless you have the right lawyer.
