All of the saxophone parts are played by me. I don't own a tenor or baritone, so all parts are played on alto and soprano with a couple of parts digitally lowered as necessary to recreate the tenor and baritone parts. (The lower parts sound a little stuffy because of this, but you do what you gotta do).

  • Very nice. Do you have sheet music?

  • Thanks, bobbob. I transcribed the arrangement by hand so I did have sheet music of a sort. My music notation is so sloppy that I'm probably the only one who could have read it though, so I tossed it when I was finished with it (as I do with almost all of my sheet music once I've recorded something).

  • Hey CoolJazz...your style of playing is really cool. Don't do covers. Just let your mind play the music.

  • Thanks, councillor. You know what they say about old age though...the mind is the first thing to go.
