making this video was really hard for me to be honest.. and i know you have probably, if you frequent horsey videos, heard this song a few times. but this song DOES mean a lot to me at the moment, because of everything ..
i am not criticising anyone youtuber for saying they are using this song because it means something to them, but genuinely this has a big meaning for me as what has happened to me is pretty devastating..
+ i have loved and known trading yesterday for a time and so have not just 'copied'.
-basically, i broke my ankle at the end of april, and six weeks in cast. yes, it happened whilst i was riding. i have only just had the cast off last wednesday.. it is unknown when i will be able to walk again let alone ride, so this is a hard time for me.
i am veering off topic slightly .. but im also in the middle of my GCSEs at the moment.. which isnt good, plus it is/nearly summer, makes things even worse..
i dont like it when people say 'dont ask me about it please..' or 'im not going to discuss it..' bc i think its unfair sometimes.. so here you go.
i fell off rufus after a jump, and to be quite honest im kicking myself as it was a small log and yeah.. no one's fault really, he just gets v very excited jumping, even more so in open fields and .. yeah.
It was a culmination of, well i dont exactly know, but one element was the fact that it hadnt rained for about a month, so the ground was rock hard, (..most def why i hurt myself so badly, if the ground was normal it probably wouldve been not that bad..) and also i need to learn to not fall off haha.
weird thing is, a few months ago i sat him when he was flying around the indoor arena in gallop, bucking as he went! but nope, a few bucks and i was off /:
it wasn't - if you ignore the breaking of a bone bit - even a particularly bad fall, i think i landed on my feet (weirdly, i cant even remember.. doesnt the memory block out particularly bad things/memories?..) but yeah, and i landed really heavily on my ankle i guess, and it went sideways or something /:
urgh, dont like talking about it but for those who love detail, no the bone was not sticking out (i had to check.. i was so freaked that it was..) it was just looked super weird which was because i had also dislocated it..
soo yeah, been feeling down about it but as of june (now) i have had the cast off, still on crutches now but getting there. it's healed, i just cant walk on it yet. a few weeks though! :)
& hopefully i will have more videos up -- although not yet as i have to finish gcses ETC! paaa..
also going on holiday 17th june so.. might have non-horsey videos of then!
