Tuesday, July 27 at Faust Park, Chesterfield - the summer concert series. A "flash mob" of dancers -- dance students and dance enthusiasts of all ages -- will erupt in a spontaneous and choreographed dance routine under the direction of COCA's hip-hop instructor Redd Williams. These free events will take place throughout the year at fairs and festivals throughout the metropolitan area.
