It is running at the stock 10 PSI provided by Whipple. The internals are 100% bone stock. The key to performance and longevity with this setup is the tune. Whipple collaborated with Ford Racing and developed an excellent tune that is biased toward the safe side. That's just fine with me since the performance is superb and I'm not interested getting a few more ponies out of it at the risk and expense of grenading my engine.
They say that on our cars, 450rwhp even with a safe tune is risky...you are at 487rwhp...you want want some forged parts even if the tune is safe...just my 2 cents

The tune is excellent and runs with a very safe (but rich) A/F ratio.

The first pull was not actually a "pull" - as there was no load on the dyno. Yes, you are correct it did hit the rev-limiter hard -- not good.
