www.hopeforkonya.com To help the Konya community and its people to earn some desperately needed cash this Charity in Western Kenya near Lake Vicoria has introduced the Briquette Maker. This machine is used to convert agricultural and other waste materials into highly useful briquettes. These can be used in their homes but can also be sold on the markets. Similar to charcoal, they burn slowly with very little smoke. Saving trees is important in Kenya

  • @aloisgault yah well , they would laugh at you too. the average high school graduate was stuiped enough to stay four more years just to learn the same thing over and over again . the smart ones go to work after 8th grade . and real "go get em idiots" go on to collage to study one thing for four more years . and still cant get a job! sad facts also !

  • @solvssod Yep, why they continue to do a whole bunch of dying.............. The simply do not have the information that your average grade school student has in the industrialized world. A High school graduate is a smart man, and a college graduate is unheard of- a wizard.........

Sad fact of life in those areas.

  • @solvssod .........good one...poor old man

  • This is green energy that is wonderful, save many trees and help the land become better.

  • Great to see the video about your project and thank you for the reference to Legacy Foundation at the end. We see that you used pictures from our projects. Please contact us at legacy foundation to share your experiences so that we can put you in touch with other briquette producers in Kenya. There is a growing network of like minds and projects.

  • Afrika's heat needs this briquettes for heating?
