Bolt on for 15 pounds? Just waste of money! Even mobile broadband is cheaper. O2 lately is really expensive.

I'm using an iPhone 3gs on the o2 carrier with software 3.1.2 I go to the link and there is no option for download or anything just a load of writing.. What do I do?

Hi there, Have you tried this after running blackra1n? It doesn't seem to work even though brlackrain says that you no longer need signed certificates to enable tethering? I'm on simplicity 20 using a 3GS and the option for tethering dissapears as soon as I change the APN after resetting networking settings?
Any ideas?

Need help now. Will it work on pay and go on iPhone 3G S? On o2?

Just done this on the UK3 3GS, on O2, and it originally came up with a "You need to visit the O2 website" I click close, I waited 20 seconds, and then Internet Tethering Showed up and i was able to then enable it!
It works fine and performs great. Cheers nerdishtech! Much appreciated!

I use netshare on my jailbroken iphone but it is available on rapid share for download, it allows you to join an adhoc network setup by a tunnel between your computer and the iphone. I do 5GB a month on average with it and 02 never complain.
