There's no way this guy is serious. If i wanted to make a Honda i would take a plastic car body and put a lawnmower engine in it. It might go faster than a POS honda though. Racing a honda is like racing with a push mower :P.All the money ppl put into these ricers could go to more important things like improving a car that's actually fast.
