i thank who uploded this because it gave me strength to fight my kufar family who want to send my mother into a care home and i wish to honour my mother to care for her because this is what allah would expect me to do i am am a lonley muslim who is trying to do his duty to his mother but my kufar sisters and brothers want to send her to a nursing home please pray for me

@caitlinisreggaegirl I know what you mean when you said, 'i think in the Prophet's (SAW) time women were given more freedom than they are by some Muslims today'. In his time, women did talk to men but it was kept formal. Women talked to the Prophet (SAW) but their behaviour and speech was formal. Unfortunately with some Muslim women today, they think the right thing to do is to stay silent when a brother gives salaam. It's actually rude though and too conservative
