@Helthfreak12 Am not a dairy Farmer at all. APparently the oldest man in the World says that all milk products are good and very beneficial for you. He is now 212 years of age, the video can be found in the RT News Youtube Account.

@lopytube The cows milk and goats milk straight from a freerange farm. I still drink milk to this day from birth, have above average IQ and have never broken a bone since birth. I feel healthy and fit. If you don't like it.....don't drink it....simple as.

@lopytube Natural Milk is Very Good and beneficial for you. The Milk sold nowdays with all the drugs and additives is obviously not as beneficial as the pure natural stuff. Don't believe me? don't drink it then, simple as.
