I am finding the reverse dragon move (b,d,db) very hard to do and is making me to lose a bit of confidence when people challenge me. I need a hint please so as to use other characters as well and their V-ism's

Wow.... now I want to learn how to do this... I kind of got some of it... but I can't time the rolling air grab. Any tips?

Basically, make sure your meter has ended when you're trying to grab with the Hooligan (you can't grab them while your VC is still active). And also try to grab them as low to the ground as possible.
