Festivalul este organizat de Asociatia Filantropica IRFF ONLUS in parteneriat cu Ministerul Educatiei, Ministerul Muncii, Protectiei Sociale si Familiei, Ministerul Tehnologiilor Informationale si Comunicatiilor, Centrul Republican pentru Copii si Tineret ARTICO.
It is well known that the mass media, particularly television has a major impact in promoting culture, values and attitudes and create the attitude of young people in society. In order to create a positive culture in the midst of youth we launch this initiative where everybody could join. Dedicated to St. Valentine's Day our Festival invites ingenious and inventive young people for a video spots competition.

Promoted Messages: Peace, Chastity, Faithfulness, Fidelity, Family, Childhood, bright future, health and acute social topics.

Criteria for participation in the contest:
-Relevant and positive message of the work
-Quality
-Creativity, originality and innovation.
-Humor
Technical details of the spot:
-Up to 5 minutes
-Any video format (DV or HD preferable)

The best works will be awarded and projected at the festival on February 20, 2010.
