Here is my Football Fitness training video. I am 50 years-old and I use my football training to maintain a high level of fitness. In part 1, I illustrate the basic football agility drills so that I can get loose, stay flexibile and work on my football technique as a wide receiver and defensive back.

  • never every every let americans train you at football i used to have and american coach and our club got relegated twice when he left when went back up two now im south east london young football player or the past two years and im 13 and a half

  • yeah you probably should have a coach train you at american football if you play what we call 'soccer' (football), it probably doesnt work out well
