  • @anb2087 Finally, someone knows a pound is a pound. I can't tell you have many times I've even said myself that I'm gaining muscle. I could be, but I know I'm losing fat because my body is shrinking, but the scale is not or it's going up. I take up less space and I know, in time, my weight will catch up to my shrinking. Good post. I love Dr. Oz.

  • @Susamii muscle doesnt weigh more then fat a pound is a pound i saw that on doc oz a good thing is muscle takes up alot less room so 5 pounds of fat takes up alot more room then 5 pounds of muscle..

  • the weight gain is the building of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. SO be happy!! Thats all it is

  • Wow sometimes u begin to feel like ur alone but I'm happy to know that I'm not. I have the same health issue and my doctors said I have to lose the weight. So I decided to order the Zumba work dvds. Dont know exactly what site to get it from. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • good for you for not getting upset about the scale. so many factors play into the numbers on the scale.

    i've actually have had problems with cysts on my ovaries as well. i had surgery about 5 years back to have one removed because it never broke away.
