He has been stacking American teams with talent. He stacked Pittsburgh with Crosby, Malkin, Fleury, Letang etc. Pittsburgh was in the shitter. He gave them a "Lottery Pick". A lottery means you put team names in a drum and pick one. You don't come to the podium with an envelope and just open it and give Crosby to Pittsburgh. What a douche Bettman is.
