@Sweden0503 謝謝你的回覆。你講得對!我認識一位上海女人,她以前是上海師範大學教授,所以素質很好,也這樣子做白斬雞:冷水開始煮,蔥薑,燜30分鐘,起鍋再上鹽;唯一不同的是她在燜的時候已經下酒。我的親戚則都照廣東做法;樓下講的也沒錯。都好吃!

这是台式家庭白斩鸡,一般用来当熟食,或拜拜用的,蘸料一般是酱油及蒜末,葱末,辣椒末,香油混在一起醮着吃,当然不是你们广东白斩鸡啦,文化不一样啦。怎么会错呢?还是你只会广东白斩鸡?
