@TheZinqqx yes you finish through the steelyard then after you go back to midea and you have to fight in the arena to be free and then if you survive you get everything you had before

why did you shoot the raiders when they arent hostile?

Its the Perforator, from this add-on. See my video for it, and my video for Steel Ingots as well. U need to give Everett 90 ingots to get that weapon.
