Obamacare also has a rationing board, IPAB Insurance Payment Advisory Board, which decisions can only be overturned by a 2/3 vote in the Congress. Romney's bill does not have a rationing board. Romney 2012.

Mitt Romney's healthcare plan was funded by a $4 billion dollar federal grant. Obamacare is funded by taking $500 billion out of Medicare! Obama is stealing from our nation's seniors! Romney experimented with something on the state level with a democrat legislature, and it didn't work.If Obama believed in facts, he would have seen that and never passed it!
