The new and legit way to hack accounts without dowloading keylogers or viruses is by sending you username and password and also the person you would like to hack’s username. Then you must send them to Jagex-Account-Recovery2011@hot­mail.com ( does take 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on your timezone and the higher the account it is more likely to work)
