@Ratm78213 yes but he is saying white collar criminals in relation to politicians 'politicans got lipstick on the collar' Condemming issues that don't matter to pay for their 'caribbean weekend'. 'mandatory minimum sentencing cause he got caught with a pocket full of medicine-another ten' (medical marijuana). But yes in general a white collar is just one who works 9-5 in a business situation, knowledge of issues is irrelevant.
