Japan will allocate large financial aid to Georgia. The grant given to the country will sponsor the implementation of projects for preventing complication of diabetes and the foundation of an agricultural service-center in Kvareli district, Kakheti Region.

Ukraine can be independant but it has historical and cultural ties with Russia. Turning the Ukraine into a NATO-controlled anti Russian hostile state is outrageous. Ukrainian people should understand this. When they go on about the famine under Stalin - everyone suffered in the famine not just Ukraine. If it werent for soviet soldiers the Nazis under Hitler would have cremated you all in concentration camps down to the last. Most of what Ukraine has today was given to it by Russia.
