One thing that pisses me off completly about A&F and Hollister is that the managers will always side with cast-ofs. They will let them slide for anything. My previous store manager did it constantly. They wanted a smoke break, they got it. They wanted to get high? Hell, they got it. They wanted to sneak vodka in the stockroom? They got that too! Don't get me wrong, majority of the associates are great kids and wonderful people. But this company relies on these associates. It sucks..

@FruityDC you basically have to look like Adriana Lima or whatever. And the store judges you on what you already wear. You have to be plastic and preferably speaking like a Valley girl would help your case.

@ichbindarren No...they don't actually. I've worked for A&F for a year now, and the management always makes sure I'm happy with my job and that my hours are working into my college schedule. My fellow employees are great to be around, and working in the Abercrombie store is such a fun experience, with all the music, lighting, and fun cozy atmosphere. I'm assuming you worked at a bad store. Every retail company in the world has at least one bad store to complain about. You must be the complaint
