I could just imagine being the dishwasher at this place seeing that bin full of dishes coming back and saying "fuck..." lol.

Actually I work open to close quite a bit doing prep work as well. 7am-11pm. And prestacked plates are still prestacked, makes things a lot easier. Regardless, a table shouldn't have anything except cups by the time people leave if the busser is doing his job.
