This is some footage of me training in the gym the beginning of 2009.

This exercise is done with Gymnastic Rings and is great for adding some muscle and tone to your back!

  • Incredible, amazing... and good idea for a workout (not very easy for us ordinary mortals :)

  • They are a very challenging exercise. You can scoot lower to make this exercise harder or you can scoot up higher to make it a little easier... that's how you adjust the tension. :)

  • this is the easiest variation of rows, I usually start with a harder variation as my warm up. But if you actually want to get strong you should do the front lever rows.

  • Gymnastic rings are very usefull training equipment. Chhep to by and easy to attch at your ceeling an home and you can work ur intire upperbody withem them. And as a BIG bonus, they will strenthen your core a lot :) Thanks for sahring a clip using the rings; clifta.. As allwys you look beautiful, muscular and strong;)
