Emmab74.... You quite clearly being a woman have not had any experience from a man's point of view in a family law court! Before going to court my solicitor told me that the judge hearing my case favoured mothers. How can she know that unless it's true!!!! Fathers should have automatic rights to see their kids, not have to go to court to get them!!! How is that fair... mum may be unfit! But she still gets automatic custody! Come back when you are denied your rights!

i could talk about my situation all mnth !!
ive been to courts 15 times which costs a fortune !!!
same old answer same old stalling tactics excuses all of which are given lip service ,,,,time went by and i natural dedicated my life to my son with what they allowed , i had my son 89 weekends in a row as i was approaching a milestone in his age which would "entitle " me to apply for overnight stay , within 24 hrs of his mum getting knowledge of this i got a call from the police ..........

I havent been allowed to see my kid for over a year. I havent touched her or harmed her in any way. I fought bitterly and try to get her back, and was rebuffed and turned away, denied even my ADA rights. I hve a court date in a few weeks, and am ready with my appeals. I am going to hammer them with their own codes. You do not have a clue. I never did a single thing to harm my child, and lost her into the system for what they allege I might have said. What I MIGHT have said. Nazis all.

Its women like emmab74 that makes the system run kike it does. Every mum does know that contact is a certainty BUT..... when you go through the process the difference in the way that you get treated as a man is staggering!
Women have parental responsibily from the word go a man if was not married at the time of birth has to fight for it, get the womans signature that allows him the privaledge of the same right. now considering without him there would be no child........

If a father really wants to see his kids he will go to court to see them. If i see a father not seeing his kids i think why? There has to be a good reason! Every mum knows that contact is a certainty for a father unless he is violent and the mum has PROOF! Not all these dads are hard done by! Some have a violent history, and i for one would not allow a violent man near my kids!
