F-22 Raptor, Farnborough Airshow 2008

A rare chance to see the 'Raptor' over Hampshire, UK, at Farnborough International Airshow 2008 on the 14th of July.

i was their on the last day (sunday). the jets sole the show. the car alarms went off when the vulcan bomber took off. that jet has thunder up its arse

I went to see it Sunday and it wasn't flying - grrrr!!

No, it only displayed Monday. They were back to the USA on Tuesday.

Pretty good but if I had to put money on a dogfight between the F-22 and the Spitfire, I'd go about £500 on the spitfire

I think I assumed it was there all week long - still enjoyed the other stuff - A380, Typhoon, F16, Vulcan, Red Arrows etc..
