That's not true at all, it filters solid materials, but then the water can pick it up again, and also, it won't prevent you from becoming ill from high mineral content in the water. Don't drink cave water!

all cave water is clean because it gets filltered when it comes threw the rocks even if it looks dirty it's clean

You shouldn't drink cave water unless it is an emergency. Looks like a commercial cave.
