While the two are not logical opposites, I think that in the case of this video it is more that the woman feels depreciated, and has lost her sense of self-respect which makes her neurotic; but I don't see anything particularly selfish about her behaviour. (Especially as she is willing to change certain of her dispositions on Gok's advice).

I think a better analysis is that she is slightly neurotic, through lack of self-respect.

Consider: if someone was utterly selfish, she would not see any reason to deny herself goods.

If someone was totally lacking in self-respect she could not (plausibly) go on being utterly selfish because selfishness requires one to give priority to oneself over others, whereas (total) lack of self respect makes the possessor lesser than others.
