it takes an hour for a food to break down and absorbed in our body by the help of gastric juices and enzymes being secreted and eventually excreted as a waste product.
well... those jar of foods doesn't really represents what is actually happening inside the stomach and intestines. the only thing that happened on those jars is a reaction caused by a bacteria... no gastric juices, no enzymes.

Whats the point of this? All food will eventually break down. Think twice about what? I will say the fries are interesting though.

aside from the fact that your stomach has digestive fluids in it which makes this experiment irrelevant. mcdonalds is really damn good

I'm pretty sure my stomach has a little more help digesting things than an empty glass jar..... Plus, those fries are heaven in food form.
