Researching about this country. The tamils have resided in Northern Province, Eastern Province and North-Western Province for over 1000 years. Get the UN to draft this region as another Nation, move the tamils in Colombo back to this area, move the tamils in Kandy back to Tamil Nadu (their original home). Problem Solved.
