Founded in 1972 in Minnesota, Dakota Communities partners with people who have disabilities to realize their potential in their lives and communities. Today Dakota Communities provides residential and in-home services in 32 homes and 18 communities in the Twin Cities greater metropolitan area. We are devoted to supporting whole lives that are lived out physically, spiritually, intellectually and emotionally.

This was very well put together and being that i work with 4 adults with DD I can see and understand the need for support. DD adults are still human beings who deserve the same rights afforded to everyone else on this planet. Thank you for creating this.
