Great job on your playing! If you dont mind me making a little comment, I think the 3rd chord that your playing doesn't sound right. I believe the third chord is a Bmin9 chord, it sounds like your playing an E in the bass(of the chord).

And in the Chorus of (Im so Human) its

Gmaj, Dmaj/F#, Emin7, Dmaj,CMaj7

I dont think you were playing the (Dmaj Chord)
