  • Don't the owners (or whoever is showing them at the auction) ride them around the pen? Wonder if that horse was saddle broke or not... Could be, but I don't know.

  • Forreal, never buy a horse at a auction if they say its broke yet, they arent on it, lol. And even in a small round pen like this one, a really bad horse will act ok. I do believe this horse was selling as a broodmare and not broke, but she sure was dog gentle.

  • Bet your daughter was disappointed huh? Sure was A good looking horse.

  • she was a broodmare, due to foal in January

  • @starslillybug2010 no, its just an open auction. Its in a ranching area, so most are ranch horses. But, some i'm sure get bought and sent to mexico since PETA had horse slaughter ban in the US. So, instead of a old, injured or just a horse that isnt usable going to a slaughter house near them quick, they first go to a crap buyer who collects unwanted horses, they usually dont get fed and if they live to see it, they get hauled many miles to Mexico to be slaughtered inhumanly. Thank you PETA

  • @Mistylove231

It is not that kind of Auction this is one where just well bread and Reg- horses go :)

  • PEOPLE MOST OF THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT THE HORSE MEAT!!!!!!!!

  • @OtherSideOfZeRainbow See those tiny spots that means the horse will always throw colored foals. The horse with her conformation is more valuable in the barn than under a saddle. She is a well bred Paint halter horse with "I believe" an Impressive AQHA bloodline. What sends the price through the ceiling is that she is N/N, meaning that she is without the neuropathy , often found in the Impressive line The horse was at the wrong sale .since they tried starting it at $2500 (my guess 8 K)

  • I am not so sure, its deffinitely been handled or it would be spooking out... in england the horse is never ridden by the seller- you just have to trust your instincts or get on yourself before the auction!! thats why its an auction, if you want something sound and bomproof then go and pay the price and stop complaining!!! thats what we say in UK ...

  • ever heard of anger managment??? yeah.. i think you need it.

im not the one being so rude...

BTW: say watever the fuck you want, because for all I know you could work at mcdonalds selling quarter pounders to hillbillys.

I am not gong to be offended or reply to any further comment(s) you make.
