I made some salsa and had to get some HONEST feedback...

Here is the recipe:

4-5 pounds of Tomatillos
1 large onion
1- 1 1/2 bunch of cilantro
4 avacados
5 cloves of garlic
1 jalepeno pepper- no seeds for less heat
Juice of 2-3 limes (depending on the size)
1 c. of graded parm cheese
salt and pepper

Plus don't forget...for best results you MUST listen to Salsa music while making salsa

Roast the tomatillos in the oven at 400 degrees till they start to brown and get juicy.

In a food processor chop up onion, garlic, jalepeno. Then add cilantro and lime juice and continue to process. Then add the tomatillos.

Then dump in a bowl and chop up avacado in big chunks and add to salsa with parm cheese.

Then add salt and pepper to taste :)

Enjoy it !
