Amen, idolatry is the sneakiest sin Satan uses to deceive people. The only way to God is to abstain from evil, read the Gospel asking diligently for the Holy Spirit to be one with you, literally for Jesus to come inside you giving you His Spirit merging two into one. Its not about rules, regulations, do's or don'ts, its about seeking the Lord with all your heart, not loving the world & reading asking for Him to make you one with Him, He sure can do this if a person really wants it, seeking..

@distantcuzzins .Yes there's many similarities and christains are the most dearest brothers for us as Muslims and quote you from the holy Quran (5:82). "...and nearest among them in love to the believers will you find those who say, 'We are Christians,' because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant"

DC, I w'd like to invite you to invistgate and learn about Islam from what islam says not through what others say about Islam.

@distantcuzzins Well, thanks for being very understanding.But let's think who is following Jesus' teaching. muslims acknowledge Jesus as the sprit and word from god we muslims worship the one god of Abraham and Moses that jesus pray to. We fall on our face in prayers the same way he prayed to god. we are all curmusized as he is..jesus fast 40 day we fast 30 days, he didn't pork, we don't , he didn't drink alcohol, we dont, he and his mother dressed in modesty , we men and women dress modest

@TheIsmaelIsaac I think I understand where you're coming from. Lots of people who are muslim say the same thing. But I don't believe Jesus will be denouncing Himself, nor preventing Christians from saying that He's God in human form (if that's what you're saying). Even if it's not documented that Jesus stood up and shouted, "I'm God" we believers still believe He is by the witness of the Holy Ghost. That's why we also call Jesus: Immanuel (God with us). For God walked among humanity as Him.
