Everytime i call mac pro i get the machine, lol.

I never got an answering machine - if that's what you mean?

I got an automated service that says "press 1 for.." etc. It tells you to press a certain # to place an order, then connects you directly to a live person. If you're not getting a live person you're either dialing the wrong #, selecting the wrong option, or calling during off hours. LOL Sorry girl, maybe just try at a different time of day? Not sure why you can't get a hold of someone.

Gosh! I'm still haveing problems. I'm calling this number but i ALWAYS get a recording that says everyones busy, but im called before and after five..so i dont understand >=[

Hmmm strange! Every time I called I got a live person - even on off hours. They just told me I couldn't order until after like 8am EST or something so I had to call back.

Check the MAC Pro website & see which numbers they have listed. Maybe They've changed something again recently.

Or just try the OTHER number they have listed & ask them if it's the right # for placing an order ;) LOL If not they will direct you to the correct #.

Well...

i called the number for the US orders, and i got a lady, and she just told me i HAD to be a member to order mac pro >=/

grrr....

I'd call back & try to get someone else & just ask what the correct number is for placing an order. If they tell you that you need a Pro car, ask how long that's been in effect because it never was an issue with anyone before. Lots of non-Pro Members order via the phone!

I don't really have anything special from mac pro - other than eye shadows & the lip erase. Can't really say I have any favorites. It's just eyeshadow ;) LOL
