Director of the Asia program for International Policy, Selig S. Harrison, discusses threats to Pakistan while addressing a seminar at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington DC. He said though the situation in FATA and Swat is critical the real problem in dealing with militants in Pakistan lays in Punjab where network of Jehadi organizations is still intact and growing. He also argued that Al-Qaeeda can only be defeated through covert operations and drone attacks will not work.
