In Florida you need either a Drivers license for 49cc & motorcycles license for 80cc and the bike needs tags and registration. Thats why I havent gottin mine yet, For now I just peddle my cruiser...v(0 )v Por Que!!!!!

@Chrrayden3 The only requirments for a motorized bike 49cc-80cc in Florida is you have to be 16, not drive on the sidewalk, and not to exceed over 30mph.. just checked the DOT page..
