1A Auto shows you how to remove or replace the interior door panel trim on your vehicle. You need to remove the door panel for a number of different repairs, for example door handles, window regulators, power window motors, door locks and more. This video, will help you do this.

  • i tried to get the first panel with the wires....and destroyed the plastic bc it was so locked in... is there any way i can get to the speaker without having to do all this??

  • @crw828 If the speaker is behind the door panel then you would have to remove the door panel to access the speaker.

  • front doors r easy. do u have a vid. for rear doors?

  • @sonnyc101 At the current time, we do not have a video that shows how to remove the rear door panel on a Chevy S10

  • So what it caused that my mirror won't turn at all. what do i have to do?

  • @chevyblazer9588 You may want to check to see if a fuse has blown, or if a wire is pinched somewhere causing it not to work.

  • I was able to install a mirror on the passenger side of a 2001 Blazer LX in approximately 15 minutes after watching this video. Thanks

  • @crw828 Nope, You dont need to disconnect the wires either take all the screws and bolts out and pull the panel off when the panel is all the way off hold it with one hand and guide the wires through the spot it sits in and push Window and Lock cotrols through and there you go. Hope that helped. It worked when i had my 98 Blazer have done on other years of Blazers and Jimmy's

  • @hondaaccourd5 If the speaker is behind the door panel then you would have to remove the door panel.

  • @TheThurak13 The procedure should be similar. You would just need a window handle removal tool to take the window handle off of the door panel. There's a clip behind the handle that holds it to the stud on the crank.

  • How about manual window ?

  • nice video, do you have to do all of this just to remove the speaker within?
