West Wales was spot on. Half my family's from there and it's the most Jamaican of the Welsh accents, I find.

My friend lives in Newport, they say it like "Noop 'ort" and and he also says "I'll do it now" or "I'll be there now" which can mean pretty much any time

I find it odd that people feel the need to be so negative over a guy just having some fun on YouTube. No one held a gun to your heads & made you watch it, yet you comment as though that was the case.
