Baby Squirrel Gobbles Cherry

Moe became very excited when he tasted his first solid food and tried to inhale half a cherry. We had to remove the cherry with a Q-Tip to stop him from choking on it. He immediately demanded more of the cherry without pausing to catch his breath!

We DID allow Moe The Squirrel to eat the rest of the cherry, but we insisted that he do so at a more reasonable (and less dangerous) pace.

Moe The Squirrel was VERY excited by his food. He nearly choked himself with his enthusiasm. We had to assist him and remove the cherry from his throat. He was not very happy that we took the cherry away from him, and expressed his dissatisfaction when we removed it. He seemed totally unphased by the choking experience, and demanded (in vain) that we allow him to continue inhaling the remainder of his meal.
