This TV ad calls attention to the high unemployment rate of America's recent college graduates and asks why our government will admit another million immigrant workers next year despite the low percentage of recent college grads finding a job in their field or at all.
About 1.5 million or 53.6% of American bachelor's degree holders under the age of twenty-five were jobless or underemployed last year according to a recent Associated Press report. At the same time, the U.S. government has continued to admit more than one million legal immigrants a year to compete with recent college grads for jobs.

I think this is quite sickening to attack immigrants and blame them for not finding a job. The Job market absolutely sucks and I am exactly in the same situation in this video. I do blame the politicians for not helping young graduates get off their feet but at the same time I know I can't expect nor do I want a government nanny, I want to use the government as a last resort, like as an in case of emergency break.

Jack, this is not attack on immigrants, nor do we blame them. Over the summer several new bills were introduced that would allow foreign students who receive a degree from a U.S. college or university to stay in the country and work - this is with 8.3% unemployment. Both presidential candidates have offered support for such legislation. The Associated Press found that 53% of college graduates under the age of 25 are either out of work or underemployed.

And are you competing for the same jobs? They're "taking" jobs from us? How? Are they mugging you in the parking lot and stealing your job? Or are they just better than you at it? Suck it up and try harder. Or they'll work for less? Then petition the government to enforce stricter labor laws that prevent such unfair practices. Level the playing field and man up. Aren't you supposed to be an "exceptional" American? Why do you need government to eliminate the competition for you?

Unemployment and immigration rates have little correlation. I suggest doing some research before wrongly accusing people.

"In the first place, we should insist that, if the immigrant, who comes here in good faith, becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet, an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. "

I love NumbersUSA and fully support its work, but I didn't find this ad to be effective. I'd tone down the fast-motion effects and rap music - despite your intended audience - and treat the topic a bit more seriously. But I'm not in advertising, I'm just a guy who has paid attention to politics for a long time.

Double or even triple the "official" unemployment rate to achieve a figure other than the false one spewed by politicos and their cohorts, minions etc. intended to keep the masses of brainwashed citizen-sheep complacent and bleating their pleasure for their ruling-class masters.

The government keeps trying to increase the flow of immigrant workers that we have in the us well not enforcing immegration law on the illegal immigrants such as the dream act. One incident involved an illegal immigrant commiting 3 violent felonies including 2 against ice officials and one against a citizen but was released because he benefitted from he dream act which they referred to as a dreamer. The more immigrants that are brought in the more the federal government will expand.
