ok. whatever. I think, you just sing abou things that mater for you. Why does you whole opinion always either have to be pc or not pc? I like environmentalism and am against global warming (totally pc) but also don't believe in parlamentaric democracy, money or businesses, neither in the seperation of executive, judicative and legislature, which is not so "pc". HSB doesn't like religion but does hate fascism. What's so wrong about it? I just like the music

@gurkenhamster Politcal correctness was checked at the door. The band's name is "Heaven Shall Burn."
They chose their name from two anti-christian black metal bands. And I dont just mean "I hate Christianity because the church has hurt people in the past" fake antichristian.
I'm talking full-fledged, Christ-rapingly antichristian black metal.
My point is: If you are going to make a show of being politically incorrect, dont wuss out and end up being politically correct anyway.
-
@gurkenhamster I cant, because they only exist in the realm of extreme sarcasm.
-
plus, why would you have to have political incorrect lyrics, to be a good band?
-
Sorry, forgot the website: ooze.com/ooze12/html/meat.html

Well, you are actually right with government supervision not being "edgy", I see that too now. It's a safe topic. But veganism is pretty edgy. If I tell people my age, that I amn even only vegetarian, they look at me like I'm crazy, ask why, immediately start defending therir meat. And the "pro meat groups" is the meat industry, advertisers, stupid doctors, companies etc. And when you go here you find a militant pro meat group.
-
@gurkenhamster Oh boy, "against government supervision!" Yeah, I'm sure a lot of people in the age group they market to will have a hard time with that one. And veganism? Hot damn, how edgy! Right now there must be at least 80 militant pro-meat groups mobilizing to protest against such rebellious lyrics! And straight edge? Holy shit, it's not like our own government tried to force everyone to be straight edge in the 1920's.

@BlackMasterRoshi took the words right out of my mouth
-
mate, if you don't like them, state your opinion, but don't be such a dick about it
-
@BlackMasterRoshi well, they also write about being straight edge and vegan. This is a topic that is very discuessed, not "safe", many people are against it. Some of their lyrics are also against government supervision, also discussed. And as you can see in the comment, a lot of people still want fascism.

in Deutschland sollte jeder Mensch willkommen sein, unabhängig von Herkunft oder Hautfarbe
Faschismus ist keine Meinung, sondern ein Verbrechen!

@MattHeald08 So not so much a metaphysical afterlife, but the happiness one might find for themselves
...Is what this band is against? They decry finding your own personal happiness, and also decry fascism because, what... fascists dont deprive people of happiness enough? that doesnt make any sense.
More like this trendy little band came up with a thoughtless, uninspired, trendy name, and writes songs about perfectly safe topics that no one could possibly misconstrue as being edgy or unique.
