I just saw this today. There is no evidence showing Hussein was in custody for several months before that. There are conspiracy theories with no supporting evidence. Zero supporting evidence.

There is a lot of evidence that lots of groups in Washington, DC keep bills like that lined up for high news cycles so that what they pass will go unreported.

don't make a claim like that you can't back up. the bill was probably passed by congress and signed within minutes of saddam hussein being captured. they were probably waiting on something that would dominate the news cycle.

in order to be effectively and consistently deceptive, FOX news needs enough truth on the air to make the lies and propaganda credible.

take out the battery and you can talk safely, you must realize there is ALWAYS a power connection keeping your phone's time, date, etc....(like there is always a little battery on a motherboard to keep a computer clock going). Don't believe me? Do this little test, turn your phone off normally then turn it back on, notice what happens....not much. Now take that same phone and turn if off normally but also take out the battery, now put the battery back in your phone's time and date will need set
